Esther's Disappearance

I’m sorry but Esther can’t come to the blog right now. The cord on her anti-static wrist band is too short.

I think she needs one on her other arm too — the one with metal in it.

How about feeding that static back into the power grid? Esther could get rich as the first human (female even) electricity plant ;-)

Speaking of static electricity, did you know that at the gas station, static electricity build-up transferred from one’s body to the gas nozzle during fill-up can ignite gas fumes!? You’re not supposed to get back into your car while you’re waiting for your tank to fill up unless you be sure to ground yourself when you get out of the car, before touching the nozzle.

I think everyone should spread the word. I had no idea, but I’ve seen videotape of it happening.
