HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

I hope everybody made it safely to the new year and there were no cases of severe alcohol poisoning ;) I had lots of fun with some of my good old friends here in Karlsruhe. We of course started the evening with "Dinner for One", kind of like a German New Year's Eve tradition. Then we proceeded to make sushi which turned out to be pretty tasty and even looked pretty good :) I had lots of fun and it was really good seeing those people again. Yesterday was mostly spent with hanging around, watching part of the LotR I making of and dozens of "Malcom in the Middle" episodes and playing games. Fun!

DAMMIT, I missed Dinner For One this year! According to that site you linked to, ‘“Dinner for One or the 90th Birthday” is a famous cult classic in Germany and several other European countries’. Well, one of those is Sweden. I always watch that on New Year’s Eve. Somehow I managed to forget it this year. I just love that tiger rug and his stupid impersonations and everything. :)

Yeah, New Year’s just isn’t the same without Dinner For One. No matter how often you watch it. It’s still funny :)
