11.5
Michi and I just filled Winamp with 11.5 hours of music. When the music is over our theses have to be done. Let's see if this works out.

I happen to know for a fact that Raupe aka Edda is playing Button Men. Shame on you! ;)

Sssshhh. I thought that was our secret ;) Anyway I’m only playing for like 5 minutes every half hour. That doesn’t qualify as procrastination but is rather a means to relax the brain for a bit from time to time :)

Well, it’s your own fault for challenging me. :) And if the BM is just to relax the brain, then I guess it’s OK. Although being very new to the game, I find it doing the exact opposite to my brain…
Nice photos, by the way.

It does require a usage of the brain. But it’s a different kind of usage from the one that’s required for thesis writing. So it is relaxing in a way. Sometimes though if I really need to relax it I just go sit on my armchair and watch the lava lamp for a bit :)
Thank you!

Oooh, lava lamp. I also have a lava lamp, and it is indeed very soothing. I can agree about the gaming, and I find that especially adrenaline inducing games (like racing or shooting) can get me going in the morning. Who needs coffee when you got game(s)?
You’re welcome. However, is there more of that nice art from your BM profile page?

Exactly :) I have also used Crimsonland (check my entry about it last month) when I needed to really shut down my brain ;)
Thank you again :) Not really. I’ve been planning on compiling a little collection of my art and put it up here but lately didn’t have time to work on it (for obvious reasons). I’m also still improving my art skills. Only very few of my pieces would be worth even thinking about putting them up here. Anyway, there are a couple of other BM players with my pictures in their profiles. BugRoger, SpacemanSpiff, yakboy and Anders come to mind…

commence download of crimsonland
I really like BugRoger’s profile pic. Very nice. :) Spiff’s picture is broken… All I can say is, get that thesis done so you can focus on the art! :)

Thank you :) Spiff’s is broken? Damn. I kinda liked that also. Gotta tell him. I will sure try to focus more on the art. Hope I’ll find a job that allows me to…

Well, good luck job hunting then! :)

I hope to become a succesful freelance webdesigner and webapps programmer. But I guess that’ll stay a dream for a while…
